It just takes a few minutes to get started.  You have three options:

Option 1: Windows PC

You have either:

• A computer running Windows XP, Vista or Seven
• A Mac with software (such as Parallels Desktop for Mac) that enables it to run Windows XP, Vista or Seven

Download nQuire ( 43.7 MB download, requires ~ 250MB space on your computer)

Instructions: Download the nQuireSetup.exe file and double click it in order to execute the Installer and follow the instructions. At the end of the installation process there will open two small dialog windows. Please press the button "Unblock", otherwise the nQuire toolkit might not work. Alternatively, you can install the software onto a USB Flash drive.
To access the nQuire system log on with username James Student and password james (Microclimate) or Amelia Student and password amelia (Healthy Eating).

Option 2: Linux CD

You can download and burn the ISO CD image (739 MB) onto a CD. Booting from the CD will boot into a Live Linux (Ubuntu Netbook Remix) with the nQuire system. Alternatively you can install the Linux (including the nQuire system) onto you Computer

Option 3: Linux Flashdrive

You can install the ISO CD image onto a USB flash drive (helpful for netbooks without optical drive). For a more detailed description see USB Flash drive
